Chris has been involved with fitness since a very young age. His High School Track & Field Coach at the time was a Personal Trainer who took him under his wing for all four years of High School. Chris was fortunate to have learned how to work out and train correctly at such a young age. He received his NASM CPT certification shortly after High School and quickly began his career in fitness. Being the competitor he is, Chris fell in love with the sport of fitness that is CrossFit. He travelled and competed locally and became heavily involved with the CrossFit community. Chris has certifications in Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, and Kettlebells on top of group exercise. What Chris loves most about Orangetheory is how the workouts are designed to maintain a target heartrate zone that is backed by science to help stimulate metabolism and increase energy.

WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?

I burn for the members! If I can help at least one member a day in every class I coach then I’ll walk away feeling I’ve done my job!
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?

My favorite guilty pleasure would have to be a Pepsi/Coke and a bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato fries!
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?

Dani made the decision to make fitness her career after coaching herself through a competitive bodybuilding season and losing 60lbs in just over a year to accomplish my goals. She knew then that this was biggest passion and calling.
Her experience ranges from group fitness to one on one training. She loves Orangetheory Fitness because it challenges her and allows her to grow. She loves that she can be in a room with people of all ages and fitness levels and see everyone succeed. Orangetheory Fitness is a community where everyone is supported, encouraged and motivated to meet their goals.
Outside of OTF, she loves camping, hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding. Anywhere she can connect with nature!
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for inner peace and continuing progression spiritually, physically and emotionally.
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Chocolate. My favorite is molton lava cake!
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
The power pull up because it's cardio and resistance.
Jenn has been a coach with  Orangetheory Fitness for over 2 years.  She holds a certification through IFA for group exercise and personal training. Fitness and health have always been a passion and a lifestyle for her. She thrives on setting goals for herself and going after them.  What she loves most about working out is the feeling of accomplishment she gets when she reaches new goals.  For her, fitness is not only physically rewarding, but mentally and emotionally as well.
What she loves most about OTF is the welcoming environment.  It is a place where everyone comes together with the same goal, to better themselves, in one way or another. 
Outside of OTF, she is a mother of two girls.  She loves working out (of course), cooking, traveling, and anything that keeps her active. 
 
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for feeling strong and proud of my accomplishments; growing and achieving things I didn't know I could.

French fries...with lots of salt and Ketchup!!!

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
